Cav said after that the reason he was angry was because he knew he should have started his sprint 50 metres earlier but was just lazy. Id say the sprinters in the giro have been quite strong especially with Matt Goss on the scene. Guardini might win the odd race but does tend to be hot and cold

Yeah, I guess Cav shouldn’t be expecting other sprinters to sprint against him in the final 200 meters. LOL!

Cavendish…finally you get what you deserve, hahaaha!! you are big sprinter but…because you not have real competition..in that Giro not have good sprinters!! But Guardini is not in that number!! He show you ,dear cavendish, haha!! And stop with that idiocy..to show,to express some angry..its no ethic ..its ugly!! If you have pretence to be good and big sportsman…you must stop with that!! But you need more beating and ..you will get it!! hahahha

Awesome acceleration by Guardini. Cav might have to get used to this. Couldn’t see what he was angry about, but the toys got chucked out of the pram at the finish.

Slamin’ r’ ride. Apparently Robbie McEwen is his favourite sprinter. It shows here 🙂

but Cav was a baby for no reason so I suppose I would have done the same just to rub it in

  24. holmes2188 says:

was it necessary to have his hands raised for 10 seconds. that’s a bit much for a stage win
