Many people have been found guilty even though they’ve never failed a test. Some people have admitted to doping while never failing a test. The same can’t actually be said for Armstrong: he has failed twice, once for steroids and old blood samples of his tested positive for EPO, once a viable test for the drug had be established. Please do some research before commenting so you don’t spread your ignorance.

You dipshit, Lance has not been proven guilty for doping. He only gave up the titles because he was tired of disputing the claims. It took a toll on his family life, as well as his mental health. I don’t blame him, and at the end of the day you don’t know if he doped or not.. You can only speculate.
